SafeCoat Latex Intumescent Coating
Single component latex intumescent coating for wood, polyurethane foam or any other material where reduced flame spread or improved fire resistance rating is required • UL Classified, ULC Listed, Fire Retardant Coating. Can be used to meet or exceed fire and building codes • Easy to use - brush, roll or spray applied. Can be tinted to a wide range of colours • Cost effective - one coat application for most uses • CAN4 - S102

SafeCoat® Clear Fire Retardant Coating
This is a two-component, VOC free, intumescent clear finish designed for application to wood surfaces where a Flame Spread Rating of 25 or less (Class A) is required. SafeCoat® Clear is suitable for interior and exterior applications requiring a Flame Spread Rating of 25 as tested in accordance with the CAN/ULC S-102, and a Flame Spread Rating of 15 (Class A) when tested to the ASTM E-84-09. SafeCoat® Clear dries to a satin finish. An optional matte finish can be achieved with the addition of SafeCoat Clear Matte Reducer. This product is replacing the SafeCoat 747/725 Clear System as a zero VOC, user-friendly, interior and exterior clear product for decorative wood.
SafeCoat Clear is packaged in 3 gallon kits (2 gallons of Resin and 1 gallon of Iso) and 15 gallon kits (2 pails of Resin and 1 pail of Iso). SafeCoat Clear Reducer is packaged in single gallon cans and 5 gallon pails.

SafeCoat® Clear Reducer
This reducer for SafeCoat® Clear is used particularly for spray applications of the product as it reduces the viscosity. It can be added up to 10%.

SafeCoat® TFI
This is a single component, intumescent fire retardant latex coating designed for exposed interior structural steel where one-hour fire resistance ratings are required. It is used for interior steel columns, tubes, trusses and other exposed structural members. It provides an aesthetic, thin, decorative finish to comply with architectural designs. It can also be applied as a mandatory upgrade to assist owners and property managers to meet the latest fire and building code requirements. It is non-toxic as it contains no asbestos, harmful ingredients or solvents. SafeCoat® TFI is fire-resistant. It will not burn in liquid or solid state. Under fire conditions it forms a char, preventing the spread of flames, and slowing the penetration of heat through the substrate. It has excellent adhesion and durability when applied to primed metal. SafeCoat® TFI is easy to use - may be brush, roller or spray applied. This coating is a white, flat latex that can be overcoated with one coat of another paint to achieve the desired colour. This product is applied at 14 sq. ft. per gallon.

PRECIDIUM™ 550D-FR
Description and Features: fire resistant • 100% solids • high performance polyurea elastomer • designed to provide a flame resistant, durable, chemical resistant lining for secondary containment applications • surface coating for metal, concrete and wood • excellent abrasion resistance • highly resistant to impact over wide temperature range • resistant to cracking under high flex conditions • remains flexible at low temperatures • resistant to water and wide range of chemicals • intended for use with plural component spray equipment and mix ratio 1:1

PRECIDIUM™ Aqua 90A
Description and Features: is a two component waterbased aliphatic polyurethane elastomer. It is well suited as a topcoat for the SafeCoat Latex, and SafeCoat TFI, where exceptional weather resistance and colorfastness is required. As a topcoat on SafeCoat Latex, PRECIDIUM™ Aqua 90A demonstrates excellent weatherability in exterior applications. Aqua 90A is available as a white tint base or a clear coat in both gloss and matte finish and it can be custom tinted with universal colorants.
Sizes: System Aqua 90A is packaged in 5 US Gallon pails and 1 US Gallon cans. Crosslinker is packaged in 500 mL or 1 Gallon cans.

SafeCoat FR 31 Fire Retardant Fabric Treatment
Highly effective fire retardant for most water absorptive fabric • Apply by spray, padding or immersion • Tested to meet CAN/CGSB 4.2 27.1MS on 100% cotton, 100% polyester and 65/35 cotton/polyester blend • Does not substantially alter the feel of the fabric • Odorless and colorless • Unlimited industrial and residential uses • Any public place or assembly where fire resistant materials would protect the public and property against fire • Water soluble - will rinse out when material is washed or saturated in water. Re-treat after laundering. • Ready to use liquid form.

SafeCoat FR 41 Broad Spectrum Fire Retardant
Designed for use on a wide variety of substances • Extremely effective on wood, wood base products, dry vegetation and practically all water absorbent materials where fire protection is desired • Formulated to be used as an exterior/interior absorbent fire retardant providing excellent protection against grass and wild fires • Non-toxic and contains no harmful ingredients • Aqueous solution of inorganic salts • Chemically neutral or slightly alkaline with a pH of 7.0-8.0 • Apply by spraying, padding or immersion or can be incorporated directly into the product • Approved in a ready-to-use, liquid form • Easy to use, colorless, safe, bromine free
