Single component latex intumescent coating for wood, polyurethane foam or any other material
where reduced flame spread or improved fire resistance rating is required • UL Classified, ULC
Listed, Fire Retardant Coating. Can be used to meet or exceed fire and building codes • Easy to

SafeCoat 725 Sealer/ Overcoat
Crystal Clear dual purpose coating for use as a topcoat for
intumescent coatings and as a wood sealer prior to application of intumescent coatings • Provides
a scrubbable vinyl surface • Dries to a clear satin finish • Gloss and semi-gloss available by special
order • Provides protection from atmospheric moisture • Provides good inter-coat adhesion,
moisture resistance, flexibility, toughness and impact resistance to the coating system
• Dries quickly • Excellent as a stain blocker on OSB and ceiling tiles • ULC Listed for use with

SafeCoat Exterior Intumescent Coating
An acrylic, solvent based intumescent Fire Retardant Coating for exterior and interior wood
products • Uses a high quality vinyl acrylic resin • Especially effective against moisture, UV radiation,
and repeated cleaning • ULC Listed Class A Flame Spread Rating and Smoke Developed • Can be
applied as a mandatory upgrade to help meet building and fire code requirements • Can be used as
a voluntary upgrade to lower fire risks and insurance • Cost effective - one coat achieves Class "A"
Flame Spread • Excellent adhesion and durability • Can be tinted a wide range of colors • Easy to
apply with brush, roller, or spray • Dries quickly to a flat (matte) finish

SafeCoat FR 31 Fire Retardant Fabric Treatment
Highly effective fire retardant for most water absorptive fabric • Apply by spray, padding or
immersion • Tested to meet CAN/CGSB 4.2 27.1MS on 100% cotton, 100% polyester and 65/35
cotton/polyester blend • Does not substantially alter the feel of the fabric • Odorless and colorless
• Unlimited industrial and residential uses • Any public place or assembly where fire resistant
materials would protect the public and property against fire • Water soluble - will rinse out when
material is washed or saturated in water. Re-treat after laundering. • Ready to use liquid form.

SafeCoat FR 41 Broad Spectrum Fire Retardant
Designed for use on a wide variety of substances • Extremely effective on wood, wood base
products, dry vegetation and practically all water absorbent materials where fire protection is
desired • Formulated to be used as an exterior/interior absorbent fire retardant providing excellent
protection against grass and wild fires • Non-toxic and contains no harmful ingredients
• Aqueous solution of inorganic salts • Chemically neutral or slightly alkaline with a pH of 7.0-8.0
• Apply by spraying, padding or immersion or can be incorporated directly into the product
• Approved in a ready-to-use, liquid form • Easy to use, colorless, safe, bromine free

SafeCoat FR 31S Fire Retardant for Straw and other cellulosic materials
Specifically formulated to treat straw, hay, cardboard and paper • Apply by spray, padding or

NOMEX® Underwear
NOMEX® is an advanced thermal technology from DuPont for end use
applications where resistance to heat and flame is a vital performance
characteristic. Underwear made from this fabric is commonly used by
stunt men, racing drivers, firefighters and others who are around fire, for
added protection.
Intumescent Putty
This passive fire control product is a non hardening, intumescent compound
designed to seal through penetrations of electrical wires and cables
against the spread of fire, smoke, fumes and toxic gases in 1 and 2 hour
rated assemblies. When exposed to high temperatures, the putty will expand
up to 3 times its original volume filling in gaps and voids. The putty
is mouldable, remains flexible and adheres to most construction
materials, which allows for easy installation and reusability.
